The basics of the subway diet is to eat healthy food that is low in fat. Of course the first thing is to eat subway for most of your meals but if you are unable to eat subway several times a day you will need to monitor your fat intake throughout the day. You will also need to do at least thirty minutes of exercise three times a week to be able to loose weight.
