There's no such thing as "honeymoon leave". However, most units will be willing to allow a servicemember to take leave for the purposes of celebrating a honeymoon. Leave is a right, not a priveledge. As long as the leave gets approved by the higher authority, the service member can use it as they see fit; to include honeymooning with their new spouse.
