Well what I've read out of Nintendo Power( the Nintendo magazine) is that they do use bands and orchestras to make the music, but I bet that some games just use loops of sounds like in Mario Kart Wii
Wii games are simulated games that you can play just like in real life. The wii allows you to create a "mii" that you can customise to make your own and use it in the games. In my opinion the Wii is really fun and has a variety of different games, but, it does not give you a real workout especially in sports. I use the Wii typically for Mario games like "mario kart" and "Mario and Sonic."
