Gay people can serve in the British Army, and it is illegal to discriminate against them in any way because of their sexuality, It is the same in the US.

Personally I believe gay separation in army is a bad thing. There-for i would not vote for it. But it ultimately comes down to what you believe in, either people can be who they want to be in the army, or they cant.
