Bone marow contain virus since the bone marow is the source of cells.
HIV is an RNA-virus. It does not contain DNA.
No, you would die. But you wouldn't have to worry about HIV anymore
Spinal fluid from a HIV infected person does contain HIV, and in enough quantity to cause the virus to transfer.
Tens of millions of people are infected with HIV worldwide. Of those, very few have ever been cleared of their HIV infection. In recent times, they have discovered that after undergoing a very dangerous procedure (bone marrow transplant) a gentleman from Europe who was infected with HIV before the procedure is now virus free. The explanation why this happened is very complicated and would probably be better answered by someone with more education about the specifics than I have. In short, bone marrow plays a roll in programming the way our immune cells work. There are some people (very few) who have a cell mutation that makes it very difficult to be infected with HIV. The gentleman from Europe received a bone marrow transplant from a person with the type of cell mutation described above. His immune cells have basically been "reprogrammed" and to this point he has tested negative for the virus. This procedure is very risky and many people die from infection. Likewise, the grand majority of possible bone marrow donors would not have the cell mutation required to achieve the same result. The procedure is so expensive that providing it to the masses is impossible. It is also unknown whether the result is a fluke or typical. Millions of people have died as a result of HIV infection while millions more are still living with the virus. There have been moments of hope as researches keep looking for new ways to treat the virus, new ways to prevent the virus and possibly someday, a way to cure the virus.

No. Sperm has nothing to do with AIDS. AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) is caused by the virus known as HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus.) HIV is transmitted by contact with infected body fluid (blood, semen, vaginal fluid or breast milk.)
HIV is a virus.
HIV is a virus,as its full form is human immuno virus.
They contain it by not using protection in a untested people sex. If your all tested and both not with the virus then you do not have to use a condom.
HIV is the virus that causes AIDS. Hence, HIV in the virus and AIDS is the disease that results from the virus.
in my understandig the hiv virus lives only with in cell becous hiv virus is obligatory intracelular parasite so hiv may stay in the semen b/c of semen has contain small amount of blood but rather than blood hiv in the semen short life long b/c the muliplication may disteb
If the fluid in the needle (I assume blood) does not contain the HIV virus, it is impossible to get HIV from the needle stick. If the blood in the needle is infected with HIV, then there is a fair chance the virus will be transmitted.
