This question can't be answered the way it is stated.
You can compare the ratio of surface area to volume for two things of different sizes - say an elephant and a mouse. In general, smaller things have a greater surface to volume ratio. That's why you would grind something up to increase it's surface area and make it dissolve faster.
If you're just talking about the numbers, you would have to say what units you were using - mm3 or cm3, for instance.
