Sure, as well as eyes and ears (inside ears) and toes and teeth and heart and lungs, pretty much all the stuff a modern animal has except fur (many of them had feathers). Dinosaurs were very advanced animals.
Flies do not have tongues but they have something which is known as labellum. Flies also use their feet to taste things.
Mosquitoes have mouth parts, but technically not tongues. Their labrum acts like a tongue that sucks blood after they pierce your skin.

Dear asker, It depends on the dinosaur. Each species came in different shapes and sizes. Ps - I'm not a scientist. ---------------------------- I don't know much about dinosaurs, either. However, by logical thinking, the possible length of a dinosaur's tongue, - additionally to the above statement -, might depend on the positional state of the tongue. For example, a stretched out tongue is expected to be longer then a curled up one or one that is turned towards either side of the cheeks. That being, of course, only a contemplative suggestion, as finding fossilised dinosaurs' tongues, is not really easy at the present. But, nothing seems to be impssible as the added link explains.
I don't think scientists have ever found a fossilized dinosaur tongue. However, there is no reason to believe they would have had two tongues, since no modern animals do. Additionally, birds evolved from dinosaurs and they only have one tongue, and it's not even forked. So, it's safe to say dinosaurs had a single, non-forked tongue.
