yes the maple tree Ming Aralia has a light maple smell to it sometimes, also fenugreek, which is a seed, has a distinct maple syrup smell and is used as additive in some maple syrups to add flavor especially suger-free and lite syrups. California Everlasting has a very distinct maple syrup smell.
Because I like to dunk my balls in maple syrup. Is that so wrong?

I have a small cactus at work that smells just like maple syrup... I've not been able to find any information as to why it smells like maple syrup, but it definitely smells like syrup! Every one of my co workers agrees with me, so I know it's not just in my head!
It may smell kind of sweet. If it's leaking into the passenger cabin from the heater core, some people say it smells like maple syrup. but it's hard to describe a smell. Best thing to do is to open a container of antifreeze and take a sniff.
