Cars, let us remember, are transportation devices, not protective devices (an armored vehicle such as a tank combines both of those functions). So rather than asking whether a car provides more danger than safety, we should properly ask whether the danger of driving a car outweighs the convenience that it offers in getting you to where you want to go, faster and more easily than if you had to walk or ride a horse. Personally I would say that it does. I am still willing to take the risk of travelling by car.

You forgot to put your tbone steaks in fridge last night after shopping could they possibly be safe to eat yet boo hoo?

NO Meat needs to be out of the danger zone - less than 40° or more than 140°. If it is in the danger zone between 40 and 140° for more than 2 hours it is garbage. Food safety rules are not very forgiving. Food poisoning is no fun. Sorry, better to be safe. I've done it too.

Is freedom more important than safety?

Yes, freedom is more important in concept than the word safety because freedom includes safeness. Freedom is the privilege to be self-ruling, self sustaining and able to be in a community which is not oppressive and harmful. In a free community the people are safe because they do not have to fear being harmed by an oppressor. Safety concerns freedom from danger and harm. So Freedom trumps safety since it is a part of freedom. Not necessarily. The two are not comparable in this way. Children clearly need the safety and guidance of a loving home, but whether they need the freedom to hang out on the cell-phone and wear provocative clothing is not clear. In commerce, regulation attempts to free people from danger and fraud by limiting the freedom of businesses to prey upon their cupidity.

What is the difference between pastor and leader?

"pastor" means shepherd in Latin. A pastor looks after his sheep and does considerably more than just lead them to food and safety when needed. He tends to their wants and needs and protects them from danger. A leader may only provide direction and motivate people to follow without providing any resources to make following him easier or even possible. He may become more interested in achieving the goals he has set than in the long-term welfare of his followers.

What are the risks of airbags?

The safety factor far outweighs any danger they pose. It you sit closer than 10" from the airbag there is a danger to you. If you sit at least 10" back the only danger is possible a air bag burn or injury if you are wearing glasses. There is also a danger to any small child. So put them in the back seat.
