If I recall correctly, you can modify the gravity with the cheat engine named "sobeit"

Please do not use this program in the online mod for the game named SAMP.
Other features of this program is speed hacking, air breaking (make the car fly) and weapon and money spawning.
To use the program, press F11 in game to turn the program on and off press F12 in game.
