Of course, they'll have to take away the right to bear arms first. When they do, it's all over. The first ten amendments protects our fundamental rights. These first ten amendments, called the Bill of Rights, protects the US citizens from having too much government. Therefore the Bill of Rights protects our fundamental rights.
