I hope I'm right in thinking you mean Johnny The Homicidal Maniac. Your best bets are eBay and amazon, or you could buy the Director's Cut which contains all seven issues. It should be on any large online book retailer. It does not include either Happy Noodle Boy, Meanwhile, or that other one, I don't remember which. But Johnny's story will be there in its entirety.
