No. The solar wind does carry ions from the solar corona, which bombard Earth's magnetic field, and the surface of the Moon (for example). No ozone was detected either on the Moon, or in orbit around the Earth. Ozone decays instantly at solar corona temperatures, and the solar wind really does not cool until energy is removed from it. It just get more and more sparse. UV-C from the Sun breaks apart oxygen in our atmosphere, and some of that reassembles as ozone. So it looks a little bit like ozone comes from the Sun... but it is just the energy to make ozone that comes from the Sun.
ozone layer prevents the rays (UVB) of the sun to go directly to earth.
The Ozone Layer. It's a molecule made up of the three oxygen atoms. Almost all the ozone in the atmosphere is concentrated in the ozone layer in the stratosphere. Ozone reduces the amount of UV radiation that reaches Earth. UV radiation can harm humans and other organisms.IN OTHER WORDS,The ozone layer filters some of the light from the sun, and prevents it from reaching the earth's surface. If the ozone layer is destroyed, the light from the sun would reach the earth directly, leading to sever hotness"hot temperature"..on Earth.
The earth needs the ozone. It protects us from harmful UV rays of the sun.
Ozone layer absorbs the UV rays of the sun. They are fatal for life on earth.
Most of the UV from sun is absorbed by ozone. It acts as a shield for earth.
The ozone is useful as it absorbs the harmful UV radiations from the sun. These are fatal for life on earth.
Ozone is present in the stratosphere of the earth's atmosphere. It protects us from the harmful UV light of the sun.
the ozone layer
Ozone absorbs ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun, preventing most of it from reaching the Earth's surface. This absorption of UV radiation by ozone forms a protective layer in the Earth's stratosphere, which shields living organisms from the harmful effects of excessive UV exposure, such as skin cancer and cataracts.
Ozone is present in the stratosphere of the earth's atmosphere. It protects us from the harmful UV light of the sun.
The Ozone layer protects us from the sun. If we didn't have the Ozone layer, our Earth would burn up as we would be fully exposed to the sun.
