Replaced many blower modules ( in engine compartment ) from that year. Check it out.
The 1991 Honda accord blower motor resistor is located on the firewall in the engine compartment. The blower motor resistor will be on the passenger side of the firewall.
The 1989 Honda Accord blower motor relay switch can be found on the firewall in the engine compartment. The blower motor relay switch will be on the passenger side of the firewall.
The engine in your Accord is an interference engine. For that reason alone, it is critical the belt be replaced correctly. Do it wrong and there will be severe engine damage as soon as you start the engine. Therefore, I recommend you have the belt replaced by a professional. This is not a job for a novice.
Sorry, I don't know what u mean. Do u mean what to do?
Timing chains on Hondas are replaced at engine rebuild time, and no sooner.
It has an interference engine. Get that timing belt replaced and do the water pump at the same time.
I have the same problem. what I do is tap on the heater blower (located below the glove compartment in the corner)which will magically make the fan work or remove the two gold Philip screws that hold the cover and spin the fan manually.
The 4 cylinder Accord uses a timing chain that normally requires no maintenance and will last the life of the engine. The V6 Accord however uses a timing belt that must be replaced every 110,000 miles. The V6 is an interference engine and as such if the belt breaks you will have serious engine damage.
No, the chain should last the life of the engine.
The variable rheostat for the blower motor is shot and needs to be replaced. It's on the firewall, near the heater blower, either in the engine compartment or up under the dash. Follow the wires from the blower switch and you'll find it.
You need to have the main relay replaced. I did that with my 1992 accord. ask around if you don't believe me. good luck. ro
The blower motor works on only one speed. The blower motor resitor pack is defective and needs to be replaced. It is located on the blower housing in the engine compartment just below the blower motor.
One definition of an engine blower is a supercharger or turbocharger
The chain is designed to normally last the life of the engine and is replaced during a complete engine overhaul.
The 2009 Honda Accord 4 cylinder does not have a belt. It has a chain that should last the life of the engine.
There is no V4 Honda Accord engine. The V6 has a timing belt that must be replaced every 110,000 miles. The I4 has a chain that requires no scheduled maintenance and should last the life of the engine.
The timing chain on a 2006 Honda Accord 4 cylinder is designed to last the life of the engine and is normally replaced during a complete engine rebuild. No scheduled maintenance is required.
egnine fan is not working on my 2006 Maxima 3.5 SL
No, the 2004 Honda Accord is an interference engine. The 4 cylinder has a chain that requires no maintenance and should last the life of the engine. The V6 has a belt that must be replaced every 110,000 miles. The water pump is driven by the cam belt and should also be replaced at the same time as the cam belt. If the belt breaks you will have serious engine damage.
Yes the blower is cooling the engine, the main target is to release the pressure of the engine.
It has a belt and it MUST be replaced every 90,000 miles. This is an interference engine. If the belt breaks, serious engine damage will occur.
Yes it is. The cam belt must be replaced every 110,000 miles or 10 years whichever comes first.
It's in the right rear of the engine compartment. THere is a connector going into the right near to right rear ofthe valve cover. It's hard to get the attachemtns out, but doable... I'm assuming your blower /fan switch sin't working. I replaced the resister which fixed the problem...
The 2014 Honda Accord has an inline 4 engine.
