The piccolo makes the highest pure tones in the orchestra. Some violin harmonics can be higher, but they are very soft, and used only occasionally.
the instrument with the highest sound is the piccolo. The piccolo is basically a miniature Flute, and it has all the same fingerings (what you do with your fingers to make the notes), except you have to make a tighter embrasure (how you purse your lips), and it sounds an octave (eight notes) higher.

You don't just blow, you have to blow across the hole, and get the embouchure right to actually make a note. It may take a long time to get used to. You may find that if you can play the flute, then it is slightly easier to play the piccolo, than a person playing the piccolo for a first instrument! ; ) The piccolo is the same as playing the flute,it's just smaller and harder to hit the keys. I suggest mastering the flute first.
The Piccolo, the flute, basoon, English horn, clarinet, and oboe.
The highest note written for any instrument in the symphonic repertoire is a Db, just over four octaves above Middle C, for a piccolo in Mahler's second symphony. Few piccolists actually manage to produce the note. A violin can, in extreme conditions and using special techniques, reach notes that are higher still, but it is still impractical for any performance purposes. Any modern day synthesizer can electronically produce pitches above and beyond the average human hearing limit of 20,000 Hertz.
A vuvuzela can make a noise of up to 130db.
Well, the flute is generally quite high a reedy, but not an irritating sound, more like light, hollow tone. It's difficult to describe. When vibrato is used the tone quality has to be carefully managed so the sound comes out gentle and delicate rather than like a woodpecker.
A piccolo is just a half-sized flute: that is, a flute that is twice as small as a regular flute. This causes the pitches of the piccolo to be an octave higher when playing the same notes/fingerings as a normal flute. Other than this, there are some additional technical differences. Flutes are mostly made of sterling or pure silver, while many piccolo players in symphony orchestras prefer wood for its mellow, darker sound. Piccolos also do not have a foot joint, leaving it with only one right pinky button, and tend to have head joints that lock into the body of the piccolo rather than slide into it as a flute head joint would. Some piccolos also do not have lip plates.
The Woodwinds include: piccolo, flute, clarinet, oboe, bassoon, Contra bassoon. The Saxophone is often included as well, but not in most classical orchestras.
you cant get it unless you have action replay or the azure flute from the wifi event then you go to spear pillar then the azure flute will make a noise and then there will be stairs go up the stairs and catch arceus
Take your piccolo down to the bog and wait. The answer will come to you.
You get a teacher or look up "How to play the Flute" on Google. Another option: my flute teacher would tell us to pretend we were spitting rice - that's a good way to think of it so you get the embouchure (mouth positioning) right and better sound.
