According to Toyota, it does not need to be replaced, Toyota has inconveniently put it inside the gas tank to make it "un-serviceable". But with fuel these days they are not as bad as they used to be so I wouldn't worry about it to much, I have driven 84k miles on my 2006 Corolla and still runs awesome.

there is no fuse for a fuel filter there is probably one for the fuel pump but not the FILTER
In the gas tank on top of the fuel filter. i'm asking about the fuel filter not the fuel pump
under the rear seat there is an access panel, remove panel and 11 screws then the filter is inside the tank. designed not to be replaced as a normal fuel filter.... should last longer than you normal fuel filter. should last 150K based on my resaerch
The 2007 Toyota Corolla runs on regular unleaded.
The fuel filter for the Corolla 1.8L is located inside the fuel tank. Remove the lower portion of the rear seat to expose a cover. Remove the cover and pump/filter assembly to gain access to the filter.
