yes, if the water has salt in it it will be denser than if it does not, therefore the boat will float more easily e.g. the dead sea. if it's tap water or other water other factors will affect it.
by making a boat that floats! XD
Any item that is lighter than the water will float on the surface of the water.
A submarine is a kind of boat. But regular boats only use the surface of the water while subs also can dive and travel below the surface.

A beach is a place on the shoreline of an ocean or lake where you can walk out into the water or land a boat. A beech is a kind of tree.
It does not matter what material a boat is made of. Its mass divided by its volume is how to find out the density of the boat. And with water being 1cm cubed a object has to be smaller than 1 cm cubed to be able to float in fresh water. And with a steel boat, it is very heavy so its mass is a lot but this is why they have to make big boats. A bid boats volume is enormous so in the end its volume is more than its mass so it is under 1 cm cubed so it can float. But it is different in different kind of waters like salty water. That has a density of over 1cm cubed so captains can fill their boat more which adds more mass but is ok as sea water has a higher density. And the dead sea , which has a very high density so humans can float on in it so a boat could fill itself right to the top as the dead sea's density is very high. That is where the plimsoll line comes in as that shows the captain's how much the they can fill their boats before they will sink. So in the end yes a steel boat can float as its density is less than fresh water with means that it will float.
microorganisms that float in the water
A subarine and a boat, ship.
Well,I could say yes,but it also depends on what kind of paper u use,so technically, yes paper can float on water
depending what kind of wood it would probably only be driftwood that would float.

The biggest kind of boat is a cruise ship, it's on youtube, mythbusters proved it.
