no
You can by downloading an app on your PC/laptop then plugging your mp4 into it and downloading on your mp4. (it wont work if you have an mp3 it must be mp4)
An MP4 player is a video player that can play an MP4 file. So, some DVD players could be considered MP4 players, if they can play that kind of file. MP4 players do not have to be Apple brands. iPod is an Apple brand. Not all iPods can play video. Some don`t even have a screen.
Usually not. Only a few MP4 players would have internet access

Yes the iPod does but... Watch out becasue MP4 can be coverted into 2 different codects: 1. H.264 and 2.Normal MP4 H.264 is for a mobile phone that supports MP4 in h.264 and normal MP4 is for your apple device iPods. Make sure the audio codec is in ACC and the video codec ine Mp4 NOT H.264!!!
i would say no because itunes is with apple, and you download ipod touch games from itunes. the touch screen mp4 is not made by apple and therefore you cannot download apps from itunes to your mp4 player. hope this helped.
No, the iPod Touch is not a smart phone, because the iPod Touch isn't a phone. It is an mp3/mp4 music player.
mp4
A phone because I had a hone when i was younger than 9 and a phone can be a mp4 player too
To put games on a Sharper Image touch MP4 player, first connect the device to your computer using a USB cable. Access the player’s storage folder and look for a designated games folder, if available. Download compatible games from trusted sources and transfer them into the folder. Safely eject the device after the transfer is complete, and the games should be accessible on your MP4 player.
No, the iPod Touch is not a smart phone. It is an iPod, which is a brand of mp3 (and mp4) player. The iPhone is basically the iPod Touch with the phone, and is your smart phone that you are looking for.
No....it is an MP3 and MP4 player with built in apps to do a variety of things. It does not have internet capabilities.
