No, not according to the site. http://www.mbusa.com/mercedes/mbrace/navigation_and_destination
No, it does not.
There is no annual fee for the mercedes navigation system but there is a cost to purchase and install the system. The general cost of the system is from $800-$1200 depending on the cost of installation. http://www.benzworld.org/forums/audio-telematics-forum/1361910-install-navigation-system-w211.html
I want to know how to use the sat nav on my mercedes please
There are many benefits of the SmartNav system. Some benefits include 7-inch touchscreen with real-time vehicle monitoring, a truck-specific Garmin navigation system, and a hands-free Bluetooth connectivity.
To connect your cell phone to your Mercedes radio, you must have a cell phone with Bluetooth capability and a Mercedes with the Bluetooth feature. Most Mercedes vehicles from 2006 and newer have the capability. Using Bluetooth with your Mercedes allows you to answer the phone using steering wheel controls and talk on the phone through the car's audio system. This lets you talk hands-free and does not require a Bluetooth ear piece.
Most of the new Mercedes Benz have built in navigational systems, just as most new cars have a built in navigational system. If it doesn't then you can easily have one installed or install one yourself.
Sorry, but Ford Edge -SEL- has no Bluetooth avaiable, only in Limited version this is possible.
Indeed it does! The AVIC-X930BT, X920BT, Z130BT, and Z120BT all have a built-in Bluetooth. If Bluetooth is the most important feature to you, I'd go with the AVIX-X930BT, since it's the cheapest of the four listed on their site (http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Car/GPS-Navigation).
DHGate has information on wholesale and outlet pricing for Garmin GPS devices. Check out http://www.dhgate.com/garmin-bluetooth-gps-navigation-system-av/r-ff8080812b13d9cf012b141811bb1ce5.html for more information.
If the TL has the Navigation system, everyone I have seen had blue tooth. Also it is an Alpine system and if you do a search on the NAV system you will find it runs on windows ce, whatever that is, and you can modify the startup screen.
The iphone does include portable GPS navigation, however, based on the screensize, you may find that a dedicated GPS system is better if you need to use it frequently.
