NO..I have had several drug test while on probation for a DWI and smoke kush on the weekends and some throughout the week and all of my drug tests have been negative.. Also, Herbal kush incense and herbal kush novelty blends are changing their "ingredients" from time to time to avoid conflict with the government trying to put small businesses out of business. Therefore, if you are on probation, it is not likely that a new UA test will be created for these substances. It would also cost lots of money to create new UA tests.
