THC is a chemical compound, not a living thing; you can't kill it. The oils on your hands may dissolve a small amount of THC from any plant that is handled, but not enough to affect it.
Marijuana , hasish, hash oil
No, hash oil is much, much more potent than marijuana. Good weed has at least a 10% THC content, and the most potent weed on earth has around a 30% THC content. Hashish has about a 20% to 40% THC content, and hash oil has about a 70% THC content.
I didn't know there WERE topical ointments containing marijuana. There are topical products like hand creams that have hemp oil in them, but they're THC-free.
Industrial (agricultural) hemp is a distant cousin of marijuana. Hemp has extremely low amounts of THC .00% The whole seeds are pressed for the oil just as with other seeds.
There are a couple different things that can be made from marijuana! First off, there is hash (refined marijuana with a higher % of THC) Thc is the active ingredient in marijuana. There is also hash oil, butter, cookies, brownies.... The list goes on! Anythings possible with sweet Mary Jane
Nothing interesting. If you mean THC oil, or concentrate, then you are wasting it, cause oral THC, if not mixed with fat, has practically no effect. THC oil is only called so because of its appearance and has no actual fat. If you mean hemp seed oil, you'll get many nutrients and other good stuff, but probably not the best taste.
Yes, riboflavin is derived from hemp seed oil. hemp seed is the same substance that marijuana is.
Generally speaking, the compound THC is the part of marijuana that is put in capsules. One way to accomplish this, is to extract the THC from the plant buds, and infuse it into an oil substance. You can do this by simply heating the buds in oil on a stove-top or slow cooking crockpot. This oil substance can then be directly added into the capsules, or absorbed into a dry substance (corn starch or baking powder), and the resulting gel substance added to capsules.
THC levels refer to the concentration or potency of marijuana according to the National Highway Traffic Safety administration. The highest levels are 20 percent which is found in hashish oil.
THC the active element in "weed" is oil soluble, so cook weed in oil or butter for about 10 15 min. (don't burn!), strain and there you go, I don't think this is as efficient as smoking by the way. you can use the oil/butter in cooking or just spread it on toast. People have died from second hand smoke. If a non-tobacco smoker can die from second hand tobacco smoke because he got tobacco smoke in his system, it is quite possible that a non smoker can get marijuana smoke in his system from being around marijuana smokers.
I guess I would have to say because it's concentrated THC, just as long as marijuana would stay in your system. About 6 months from when you did it.
Technically you can mix anything with water, however, the answer to what I think you are really asking is no. At least I don't think so. Here is my reason why.... You know how oil and water don't mix? THC molecules are very similar to the oil, that's why it will stick to other fat molecules but not water molecules. I base this on the process of making weed butter. You boil butter and marijuana in water. the butter melts and the THC molecules stick to the butter fat, then when you removed the pan from the stove and put it in the fridge, it resolidifies with the hardened THC butter on the top and the water and left over marijuana plant on the bottom completely separated.
