NO! The pre is based on WebOS. In many ways it is far superior to Andriod. These are operating systems [think Windows vs Mac.]

The Palm Pre is an awesome phone! I can get my emails the second that they are sent. It is a touch screen and a slide up keyboard. Ever since I got my palm pre my life has been awesome. I recommend it for all. Get yours today at Sprint!!!! :)
no, it runs on a far more superior software, webOS
The Palm Pixi is currently the besto verall Verizon Cell phone. The Palm Pre is a close sceond.
Well, I'm actually going out to buy the Palm Pre today. I have sprint, so the Pre was the obvious choice. I believe that sprint has better coverage than AT&T, and sprint is the one with the better deals on better plans. The iPhone is awesome, and has the advantage since it's older and already has a second, more improved model. They both have great apps and are really fun. The pre probably is the better buisness phone though. I will say that apple has probably made the iPhone have more or better apps, but I still side with the pre.
Previously sprint sero plans were not available/compatible with the Android smartphone. As of late last year however, sprint sero plans are now reopening to high end Android devices.
Palm Pre was created in 2009.
Can the palm pre be prepaid
