The President cannot raise the debt ceiling. It is set by Congress.

No. The president does not set anybody's salary. Congress does that.
How much money can a president spend? all of it. How much money can a president raise? .. well that tend not leave office with the country rich

No. The President has no power over taxes. He can ask Congress to raise the income tax, but they tend to do what they want to do. President Obama did ask Congress to increase the income tax on high incomes.

Pres. Barack Hussein Obama did not force Congress to raise gasoline sales taxes. The president wanted Congress to raise the federal gasoline excise tax but the Republican led House refused to do so.
Increases in the presidential salary were made when a new President took office, so the president did not actually get a raise, he just got more than his predecessor. I do not think any president actually got a raise while his was in office.
