It depends on what context you're taking about. Mojo is the brother of the PPGs since the Professor created both. The girls at times showed sibling compassion to him. Mojo is the father of the RRB. So they're like their aunts. And if you watch carefully, they never want to destroy them, just beat the daylights out of them. And Blossom said she liked kissing them and Bubbles thought Boomer was cute.

∙ 8y agoI'm not sure that's a valid question. the boys were created to defeat the girls, but the girls kicked their butts, n somehow the boys began to like them, I'm not 100% sure if the girls return their "affections" so to speak

∙ 12y agoWell The Rowdy ruff boys do push the girls around ESPECIALLY Boomer since Boomers like bubbles and bubbles like him back but Brick does like Blossom ever since she kissed him on Episode 12 season 1 but Butch does not like buttercup but on Power puff girls Z that does not air on america it only airs at the philipines buttercup use to crush on butch but not anymore but buttercup likes butch on the original power puff girls and butch might have feelings for her i don't know if he does or doesn't

Also a scene from the episode "The City of Clipsville" where the girls supposedly sped up time and became teenagers suggests some romantic interest between the puffs and the ruffs. The girls saw the boys at the mall and seemed extremely attracted to them. The boys talk to the girls which is amazing since they once vowed to destroy them. The boys also appear attracted to the girls. This clip was Non- canonical but was not made for no reason. This suggests that had there been an episode where the Powerpuff girls see the future the rowdyruff boys would have been present.
