∙ 11y agoThat is the way it is usually done. The job can be done with less being taken of or more however it all depends on the precision of the surgeon and luck in the case of infants. Regardless of how much is taken there is no getting around the fact that the frenar band at the end of the foreskin is taken out and this area also denotes the end of over 20.000 erogenous nerve endings destroyed for ever.
