I personally haven't been on the Seattle Sutton diet but researching it I found that it is the same as the Jenny Craig diet. That it works but is expensive and the weight gradually comes off. I suggest the South Beach diet. There is no special foods to buy and you can eat basicly the same as you do now but the fat comes off much faster and is a healthier lifechanging diet. I lost 20lbs in a month!
