yes it does... you have to jack up the motor and remove the passenger side motor mount bolts and bracket bolted to the front of the engine block. as well as the crank shaft pulley and the center belt cover/plastic shrouding) to access and remove the water pump... the pump runs off the timing belt directly, the backside of the belt itself.
