I don't think they polygraph, there is not that much confidential info at the SEC or the FTC. Most government agencies and even private companies will do a background check. Some places will drug test. Good luck.
Another Point of View: I disagree with the above answer. Depending upon the position you are attempting to fill, and it's responsibilities, there is every likliehood that you will be polygraphed.

There is no federal gaming commission. There are some federal laws regulating gambling, but states have their own gaming commissions that oversee and enforce regulations.
