Therapy cannot help get back an ex. Your ability to get back an ex depends on his or her state of mind. Therapy can help you as an individual who received it. But it is always difficult to change the mind of someone especially when it is made up.

∙ 14y ago- Therapy helps you accept the fact you may or may not get your ex back. Therapy gives you important tools to use throughout your life so you can handle the hurt or disappointment that all humans have to go through in life from time to time. It also teaches you that you have control over 'you' and that you may deserve better than your ex was giving you or treating you and there is that someone special for you in the future. Therapy can be good choice to clear some of the cobwebs out of a human's mind.
