It is very hard. You need to remove the entire dash to get to the bulbs. These are maybe not worth replacing unless more than one is out.
Remove the instrument panel cover retaining screws. There are four screws that need to be removed. The instrument panel light bulb's will be visible. Push the light bulb in and turn at the same time to remove the light bulb.

I'm assuming you're asking about the front evaporator core... The core is located behind the instrument panel. You have to remove the entire instrument panel to get to it. Once the instrument panel is removed you will need to remove the HVAC unit and then disassemble the unit, replace the core and reassemble everything in reverse order.
The instrument panel fuse block is located on the passenger's side of the instrument panel. In order to access it you will need to open the front passenger door and pull off the cover labeled FUSES.

This is cluster failure! The instrument cluster will need to be replaced this is usually done by certified Mercedes repair facility
If you are using the original coded key with the security sensor in it your battery may need replacing (in the key), now if you are using a copy of the coded key ...bad news it won't work because it doesn't have the code programed into it.
