If you are asking what it means, which I think you are, Juliet's nanny's husband (confusing I know) says this to Juliet when she is a child and the nanny recounts the story when remembering her now dead husband. The reference is a sexual one; he is saying that because she is young, she is foolish and naive and so she falls on her face. However, when she is older she will fall on her back i.e. into bed with whomever she takes as a husband
Hope this helps: whoever knew Shakespeare was so dirty?! :P

Oh, dude, the nurse's husband said, "A sail, a sail!" when baby Juliet fell over because he was referencing a shipwreck. The nurse found this amusing because she thought it was hilarious that her husband was comparing a baby falling over to a shipwreck. Like, talk about dark humor, am I right?

The Bible in Deuteronomy chapter 12 verse 16 says: Only ye shall not eat the blood; ye shall pour it upon the earth as water. And again in verses 23-24: Only be sure that thou eat not the blood: for the blood is the life; and thou mayest not eat the life with the flesh. Thou shalt not eat it; thou shalt pour it upon the earth as water.
