Go to the dentist for a cleaning. Use this stuff called Topol Toothpaste. This stuff works great. I started using it a while ago and about a week after using it the stains started disappearing. well most "whitening" toothpaste only contains abrasives (usually little "bead" like thing) that get rid of surface stains, to actually get you teeth whitened you need a toothpaste with some kind of peroxide/bleach in it (when you get them profesionally whitened they use peroxide but at a much higher concentration than any whitening toothpaste might have)

surprisingly i learned it from a Doctor that you put toothpaste on, there is a chemical in toothpaste that gets rid if poison ivy, trust me it works in a flash!
