Target should sell Magic cards, there may also be independent sellers in Tamworth.
Major Retailers carry them. If you are looking to buy single cards usually comic stores are a worthy bet.
Use the Store and Event Locator from Wizards.
eBay is a good place to sell cards.

The best place to get cards is at a local 'shop'. Hobby shops which sell Dungeons and Dragons, Warhammer, or comics usually sell Magic The Gathering cards (and generally cheaper than larger retailers) in booster packs (15 to 16 cards) and have singles for sale. You can also often find booster packs, as well as, pre-constructed 60 card decks at Wal-Mart and Target.
It epends on a number of variables. Type of cards (rarity) Condition of cards The editions that the cards are from (some sets are more sought after than others) you can sell 100 count box of cards for as little as $40, but some cards have a generic value of hundreds of dollars. you need to do a bit more research first.
I don't think they're selling it there, but try to shop in toysRus.
Every kmart is different so some may and some may not. For the best selection of cards I would check your local comic book stores.
Your local card store will have basic land cards that you can purchase or trade, they may even give you some depending on how many you need. Many, many online stores can sell you basic land cards. Other players may have spare land cards that they can part with.
