The relationship between temperature and molecule movement is a direct variation. Whenever the molecule movement increases so does the temperature; when the molecule movement decreases so does the temperature. I hope that helps.

as temperature increases, molecular motion is excited. this means that the molecules move about and vibrate in an increased manner. it is this increase in movement that changes the state of a compound / element, i.e. changing from a solid to a liquid to a gas. the inverse is also true with relation to cooling.

Does an increase in molecular weight speed up molecular movement?

no relation iz between molecular weight and movement which iz a function of temperature only.

When the temperature of the gas increase do the molecules slow down?

No. As temperature increases, particle movement increases.

Does the movement of particles increase or decrease while freezing?

increase

What do you have to add to a molecular concentration to increase the rate of movement?

heat.

How does temperature correlate to the permeability of the cell membrane?

Cell membranes act very much like a fluid on a molecular level. The phospholipids move around each other with relative ease, making the membrane flexible. With an increase in temperature, the molecular movement will increase throughout the membrane thus leading to looser fits among molecules and a more permeable membrane.

Does the movement of the particles increase or decrease wghile freezing?

The movement of particles decrease as temperature decreases, and vice versa. Therefore, they will decrease while freezing.

Is molecular movement directly related of inversely related to temperature?

Molecular movement is directly related to temperature. As temperature increase, the additional energy is absorbed by the molecules. This energy is converted to motion energy and the molecules will move faster.

When the temperature of the gas increase do the molecules slow down?

No. As temperature increases, particle movement increases.

"molecular"

decrease

Does the kinetic molecular theory need a temperature?

I would suppose so as without temperature there is no movement of molecules. That is what temperature is; the movement of molecules. Absolute zero in temperature would mean the complete stoppage of all molecular movement.

What is the temperature in which there is no molecular movement?

absolute zero

Does condensation does condensation increase or decrease the movement perticles?
