The normal yellowish-amber color of urine is mainly due to a chemical called urochrome or urobilin, which is produced from the breakdown of heme.
Vitamin D itself is white and, as far as I can find, doesn't have a particularly notable effect on urine color.
Some vitamins can affect urine color... B vitamins, for example, can produce a vibrant, almost fluorescent yellow or green color, and vitamins A and C can turn urine orangish.
If you're concerned about drug testing, using foreign substances to impart a "normal" color to diluted urine will only fool a cursory visual inspection (if that... the B-vitamin yellow looks, to the trained eye, "odd" compared to the normal color produced by urobilin).
No Vitamin D cannot turn your hair yellow.
B vitamin supplements
Drinking items with vitamin C does not turn your hair white. If this was true anyone who drinks orange juice would have white hair. This is not logical.
No. Smoking can not turn your hair green. it can do other things like turn your teeth yellow and turn your hair gray and get wrinkles. Also die sooner.
I've heard that if you rub fish oil into your scalp your hair will turn yellow
No. It gives a yellowish tinge to the skin and the whites of the eyes, but not the hair.
White hair can turn yellow because of many factors. Well water with a low pH factor; leaching from copper plumbing pipes; certain medications; clorine in swimming pool water; and age. Please check with your physician about any medications you ar taking and use one of the whitening shampoos and conditioner. They are usually purple.
You an get yellow spots in your hair if you're out in the sun lots of the time. you can also get orange-ish highlights for the same thing

... I have highlighted hair, and have had this happen a few times, and it is because the heat of the iron is too high. Blond hair is a lot more delicate, and if your iron is too hot, mixed with the keratin, it can turn your hair yellow. Lower the straightening iron temp to 400 max. Hope that helps...!
Peroxide will turn your hair completely white, without the yellow-ish tint.
