No , I was wondering the same thing , so I looked it up.You can not because the tow together has too much vitamin A. Taking too much of most vitamin can be toxic.What I suggest is taking one a day and one of the hair skin and nails instead of three as they bottle recommends. Your skin can turn orange by eating carrots if you have eaten over the daily recommended value. Your body can no longer absorb/store the vitamin A from the carrots and it shows up in your skin.
