Vodka takes about two minutes to enter your bloodstream and, from there, it can actually lower your blood pressure. That is not uncommon during the intoxication period - the short term.

However, alcohol consumption is unhealthy for the circulatory system in the long run; not to mention the rest of the body.

It raises your bp, but can also lower it. think about it as a drug some drugs are downers, and some are uppers, i think it would go based on consumption-how much?
