Well, honey, any decomposer worth their salt would love to chow down on a large mouth bass. We're talking about bacteria, fungi, and maybe even some insects getting in on that feast. They'll break down that bass quicker than you can say "Bon appétit!"

Generally vultures have no predators, Vultures have a defence mechanism, where they regurgitate their food ( which has a most foul smell ) when faced with danger, sending predators off in a hurry whilst enabling the vulture to fly with less weight on board. Having said that, when the vulture has taken off, whilst it is gaining height some large cats ( such as lions ) will jump and try to grab the vulture.
