No It is part of the design for PS2 uses when being developed
maybe your ps2 is mess up or something like that.
PS2 does not have a harddrive, that is the PS3
yea
No.
i don't know, but whatever you do, don't use gameshark, it screws up the ps2 DVD player
A PS2 is not created for watching blue ray disks. Get a ps3, or you'll end up breaking it.
Show off in front of him make sure you dont mess up when he is watching
yes you can but i HIGHLY suggest you do NOT use it to play DVDs I have, and I know others who have ruined their PS2 lasers from watching DVDs on their PS2 It is ok in moderation just don't make it a habit and to do it : just put in the DVD and turn on the PS2 it should load up if it askes for a password put in 0000 since i doubt you've set one before hand (who has really?) 0000 is the default and then the movie should start playing use the controller to navigate through the movies menus and it works like a standard game (x accept, triangle cancel, etc)
If there is a scratch in the DVD, or maybe dust in the DVD player. try taking it out and wiping the DVD with a dry tissue, don't wet it, or you can blow into the place where you put in the DVD. Always works for me :)
If you're watching a DVD, you can turn it off in the Set Up menu.
nope as you are only watching them but if you download something or vid you could get a virus so be carefull
It will definately not play but I don't think it will get messed up.
