i think that it got something to do with the fluoride they put in the water and some other minerals they put in the water at the the water treatment plant no what gives water taste is... Well i just tested it myself interestingly when i punch a small hole in the bottom of the bottle and taste the water it did not have any taste of oil in it not only that the bold that i used to sit the bottle in so far doesn't have any trace of oil in it.
Fortunately any person tasted this type of water ! Plutonium is radioactive and toxic.
