Does water speed up your metabolism?

No water does not speed up your metabolism. There are no calories in water so your metabolism has nothing to work on. Put your metabolism to work by eating "fat burning" foods such as tuna fish. In fact, it is proven that if you drink too much water your body will often keep burning water weight but never actually get to burning fat. Also exercise daily or as much as possible to maintain a healthy weight or burn fat. Do NOT do the same type of exercise everyday (cardiovascular or muscle training) unless told to do so because this will cause damage to your body.
