yes! if you are young and use it a lot.
simply don't wear much wearing piles of make-up can damage your skin as well as clog up your pores
Probably not, but wearing a lot of cheap, badly made make-up is not good for your skin or body.
Im 13 and all i wear a bit of lip gloss and i get my eye lashes tinted... I don't believe in wearing make-up that young.. It should be around the age of thirteen, but chap stick is fine for younger girls.
There is no age when girls should start wearing nylons. What a girl/woman wears is up to her, and there are no age restrictions on clothing, least of all nylons.
there's no right age, it just depends on you and your skin type! some people have flawless skin and have no need for make up, others feel conscious and feel they depend on make up to make them look good! personally i started during secondary school around the age 14/15!
yes i think that it is appropriate for her to make her own decisions anywhere from 12 - 14 is a good age to start
As one columnist points out: "There's no rule about the exact age at which make-up is permissible. It depends on family and community traditions."
You don't.
I was 11 years old to wear makeup, but you don't want to start wearing it too early because some of the cheap makeup will make you break out. Trust me! But you don't have to be a certain age to wear makeup. i am 13 and i only started wearing make up this year but when i was like 10 and 11 me and my cousin used to put it on for fun..
Just wearing it doesn't make you older but it may make you look like you are older.
She was 14 years old when she started wearing makeup.
This is really up to the woman herself.
