um.... sometimes, but i guess it depends on if the wind is a cold breeze or a warm wind but in winter ya it would be cold but no it does not lower temperature it might give you chills though?!?!
justinbieber4eva!!!
temperature or magnitude
No. Wind speed and temperature are not necessarily related.
Sperm are kept at a lower temperature than the general body temperature.
Wind Chill is the measure of the perceived apparent temperature, whereas temperature itself is the measure of kinetic energy of the moving particles of matter.
wind-chill factor
The lower temperature is called wind chill
Cold wind in the region will lower the temperature of the place.

wind, the night sometimes, and ice.
Yes, wind occurs when temperature and pressure differentiations meet eachother.
A coniferous forest may limit the effects of wind chill by providing cover from the wind, but the actual temperature of the forest would be no different then the surrounding area. The effect of the wind is to increase the rate heat is lost, but it will not lower the temperature below the ambient temperature.

Air temperature, wind speed, and moisture all affect how cold the skin becomes. A strong wind can lower skin temperature considerably by dispersing the thin protective layer of warm air that surrounds our bodies
The oceans warm the air above them at a different rate to that over land. This creates a temperature 'difference' - which causes cooler, more dense air to flow into lower density areas. This is what we feel as wind.
No wind chill factor at that temperature.
The wind is generated from the air going from high temperature to a low temperature.
Jet Stream The main jet streams are located near the tropopause, the transition between the troposphere (where temperature decreases with altitude) and the stratosphere(where temperature increases with altitude)
