Spell checking is not typically a feature of an operating system, but instead is provided by the software that provides the ability of editing documents. Microsoft Office, OpenOffice, and many other document-editing suites all provide spell-checking in various languages.
I found a few interesting leads by searching Google for "download spell check windows 98" Because I don't use Windows 98, I didn't download the programs to test them, but the descriptions looked promising.
delete c:\windows\system 32, it's a file that isn't used by newer OSes, and can be deleted if you have windows 7

"Sticky" is supposed to be a part of Windows 7. Please check Start-> All Programs -> Accessories -> Sticky Notes.
I play it on 64-bit Windows 7 with no problem. Check your video card, it may make a difference.
