Atoms did not come into being until Recombination, which occurred about 377,000 years after the Big Bang. Hadrons and leptons -- the building blocks of atoms -- came into being about ten seconds after the Big Bang.

All matter came, ultimately, from the Big Bang (as best we can presently tell). Thus, the atoms in your body -- as well as atoms 100 billion light years away from us -- came from that source.
