I'm not so sure but you can always get a new one or remebemer your library card's username and password.
An "author card" in the library lists a work by the writer, the classification of the work, its publication date, size, and included references.
Your disc may be scratched, you can fix that by borrowing the game from a friend and install the game (from the game library tab) and then return it and it should work.
You replace it with one that is not scratched because most other methods do not work
Books are borrowed from the library using a valid library card. Many libraries have rules about who can be a member and borrow books and often will expect the patrons to be residents or work in the area that the library serves.
The definition is: A library catalog (or library catalogue) is a register of all bibliographic items found in a library or group of libraries, such as a network of libraries at several locations.A card catalog is a list of the books in the library on 3x5 cards. Each book is listed on one or more cards. A card has a listing for Author, Title, and Subjects. The Cards are arranged alphabetically in drawers. Someone had to alphabetize and file each card by hand. In large university libraries several people would be doing this work at once. This information is now on computers. In a few seconds the computer alphabetizes and files the work that took humans all day.
You would be welcome to apply for a library card at any public library. If you are returning to the same library that you lost books from before, simply go in and tell them your situation. First, say that you once had a card and want to know if there is still a record of that in the system. There may not be, in which case you'll be starting fresh. If there is a record of what you owe, they will tell you. You can then work out a payment plan and you will be given borrowing priveledges once again. You will be asked to provide a picture ID (drivers' license) and 1 or 2 other documents that indicate your current mailing address (bank statement, utility bills, etc) before being given a card.
might be scratched or broken or dusty if broken or scratched it dead.

No reason why not - the old SIM card should still work.
A ripped-up credit card may still work if the magnetic strip or chip is intact and undamaged. However, physical damage often compromises the card's functionality, making it less reliable. It's best to replace a damaged card to avoid issues during transactions. Always check with your card issuer if you're unsure about a card's usability.
