The fine won't increase, but you coudl get a ticket if the child isn't properly secured in the seat. General advice: Don't risk lives -- especially those of children -- by speeding.
If your child has figured out how to get out of his carseat, I would think about purchasing a new (and trickier) one.

I heard it was supposed to be by weight, not by height, but what do i know.....when they outgrow the carseat
I know in the us kids are not allowed to be out of a car seat unless the car is parked.
yes but only if the passenger seat has no air bag.
Speeding is a dangerous thing, that is why it is illegal. Speeding with kids in the car can be considered child endangerment. It is a stretch, but it could be legally done.
It is not age, it is the child's weight that matters. In some states even lightweight teens must use a carseat, by law. Many states have adopted 40 pounds as the limit . . . others are higher.
The child has to be either 12 years old or 135cm tall (whichever the child reaches first).
