yes,after you breath oxygen
To make your voice squeaky with a balloon, simply inhale some helium from the balloon before speaking. Helium is less dense than air, causing your vocal cords to vibrate faster and produce a higher-pitched sound. Be cautious not to inhale too much helium, as it can be harmful in large quantities.
Balloons are filled with helium. Helium is a gas that can make light objects float, or make your voice all squeaky. So if you want to pee your pants laughing, go cut a small hole in a balloon and suck the helium out and then speak.
If you are comparing two balloons side by side, a hydrogen balloon will have more lift than a helium balloon of the same size and construction. If you open the balloons, the hydrogen is flammable, while the helium is not.
It makes your vocal cords go to a higher pitch witch reaches the exit of you oesophagus and exits your mouth disturbing the air particles making your voice a higher pitch. when i dummy it down this is the definition. It makes your voice high pitched! It can also make you lose consciousness and die from hypoxia (lack of oxygen) so make sure you just take a sip from the balloon.
Helium is a chemical if you breath that chemical through a balloon or anything that involves helium will shut your body off.Helium can be a very dangerous chemical Helium is an inert gas, and despite the fact that some inhale it to change their voice temporally, I don't suggest inhaling. You need gas exchange to live.

Helium does not have a gender, I don't know what you think either of those mean but helium is that stuff you put in a balloon and when you suck it up it makes your voice really high, and gender means what sex a person or animal is (male or female)
Inhaling helium to make your voice different may be fun but you really should never do so. Doing so could be dangerous, especially if done to excess. This is due to the displacement of oxygen needed for respiration. Inhaling helium from a balloon is not as quite dangerous as doing so directly from a helium cylinder (the ones you see at stores to blow up balloon). It could fatally can rupture the tissue in your lungs. I recommend consulting a local doctor.
Balloons arent poisonous. But say it was filled with helium and you suck it out so your voice goes squeaky that could be quite harmful. But don't eat the balloon that's dangerous :D
When you inhale helium, your voice changes because helium is lighter than air and travels faster through your vocal cords, causing them to vibrate at a higher frequency. This results in a higher-pitched voice.
Lol. Well one thing, ehem, if you... uh... breathe in helium, such as from a balloon, it...well.......makes your voice really....ha.....makes your voice really high. Think about Alvin The Chipmunk and you'll get the idea. This effect isn't harmful though, and extremely funny. =D
To change your voice using a balloon, stretch a balloon and hold it near your mouth while talking or singing through it. The pitch and sound of your voice will be altered as the balloon vibrates with the sound waves passing through it. Experiment with different size balloons to achieve different effects.
