Doese anybody know how to write Never Quit in Chinese but vertically?

永不放弃 yong(3) bu(4) fang(4) qi(4) --> never give up

To write Chinese characters in vertical format, just re-arange the characters shown here from left-to-right into a top-to-bottom layout, like this:

永 (1st)

不 (2nd)

放 (3rd)

弃 (4th)

Note that if you want to add more lines to the vertical format, it should be added to the left since vertical Chinese script is read from top-to-bottom and right-to-left.
