Yes it does, because they dont get alot.

Obama has a plan to give $3000.00 to crush autos. Seems like that is hurting poor people.

Are they *in* the cars when they are crushed?

Who are all those people on the bus?

Those are the poor people that can no longer afford a car because the cheap ones were crushed!

Which were the cars that used the most gas, were generally kept the most out-of-tune, were commonlly uninsured, were found beside the road because their treadless tires gave out, cost the most to repair (no warranty), and had the worst brakes (because the poor people could not afford to maintain them)? (This is off topic, perhaps we could stay on topic and answer the question?) (Some supervisors don't like people straying from topic) Are you saying yes or no? We can ask about safety later.

Apparently poor people maintained there cars poorly on purpose so they are better off waling and taking the bus then being allowed any transportation. So by increasing the cost of transportation out of their price range you do agree or do not agree that they are worse off?
